Completion time for Voidtalon of the Dark Star cannot be guaranteed precisely because the service depends on finding the rare Edge of Reality portal.

⚠️ Important: Edge of Reality cannot begin spawning until at least 48 hours after a server reset. A weekly server reset therefore creates a minimum 2-day period during which the portal is unavailable. Additional maintenance or unannounced server resets may restart this 48-hour window and further delay the service.

Even after this 48-hour restriction has passed, finding the portal still depends on its spawn timing and availability. Reported timers also indicate that a portal that despawns may take hours to return, while a claimed portal can have a considerably longer respawn window.

For this reason, Voidtalon orders may occasionally take significantly longer than standard mount services. Server resets, portal availability, and competition from other players can all affect the final completion time.
